The Security Gates
Located at the entrance and exit of Laguna Bay, they control the entry and exit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and manage the internal vehicle traffic, guaranteeing safety within the gated community.
The Parkings
Each villa has an enclosed garage with 2 parking spots. The Sirocco and Mistral villas also enjoy a covered outdoor parking spot.
Each apartment has 1 to 3 parking spots in the secure underground parking area (4 bedrooms: 3 spots; 3 bedrooms: 2 spots; 2 bedrooms: 1 spot). This area also includes 100 spots for visitors.
The Storage Rooms
Located in in the underground parking area, they allow residents to store their bicycles, scooters or strollers in enclosed spaces.
The Maintenance Building
Below the multi-sports field, it is equipped with specialized workshops operated by qualified staff who maintain and repair the equipment, common areas, and residences.
The building also houses the 24/7 video surveillance room of the compound’s common areas.
The Generator Service Building
Harmoniously concealed under a ramp, it guarantees the power supply of the compound 24/7.
